Family Law Advice in Kendal

We welcomed Barbara Richardson to Baines Bagguley Penhale’s niche family law department at our Lancaster office last year.

From 2005 Barbara successfully led a family law team at Kendal firm Arnold Greenwood. She took the opportunity to join us to continue the development of our family law practice and we are delighted to announce that we are now expanding our services in family law by offering appointments in Kendal.

Barbara is a Resolution accredited expert in Pensions on Divorce and Complex Financial Property matters. She became a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme upon its introduction in 1999.

She is also an experienced collaborative lawyer used to working along with a collaborative colleague to help couples reach agreed solutions to their matrimonial problems in round table meetings and where appropriate works with other professionals to help guide couples to workable solutions to their marital disputes without the need to become involved in court proceedings.
