Ikram Dola LLB (Hons)

Ikram Dola – Assistant Solicitor

Ikram first joined us as a law student after having earned his law degree in 2008 from the University of Central Lancashire. He then worked outside of the legal profession to fund his Legal Practice Course before returning to continue his training with Baines Bagguley Penhale in 2011.

Having decided that his future career lay in property law Ikram took the first available opportunity to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer. He has a strong interest in developing his skillset in property law and has quickly gained experience in this area. In 2016 he decided to complete his training as a solicitor and qualified in 2018.

Ikram has become an integral part of the firms Conveyancing team working as a specialist Property Lawyer dealing with residential freehold and leasehold transactions including house purchases, sales, mortgages and transfers of equity.

Ikram regularly assists clients with more complex transactions including selling part of land, making agreements with regards to unequal ownership of property and assisting clients in completing Equity Release arrangements.

In his spare time Ikram enjoys travelling, socialising with friends, attending the gym and spending time with his wife and children.
